What is your process?
Our house brand clothing is based off of our favourite vintage shirts, and locally cut & sewn in Abbotsford into full sizes ranges. Afterwards, they're printed by a local print shop with graphics designed by us.
For our upcycled & handmade pieces, we source vintage & thrifted clothing and textiles in the Lower Mainland to then sew or repair before printing our graphics on them.
Once purchased, we ship with 100% compostable mailers from noissue.
Every item is repurposed with love, so the graphics may vary slightly!
Why don't you have my size?
Since we thrift a lot of our clothing that we print on, we have to rely on what sizes are available at the thrift shops. We'll keep trying hard to find a good mix of smaller and larger sizes!
For our in house brand, we stock sizes XS - XL in small limited quantity print runs. Keep an eye out for product launch dates to get first dibs!
What kind of condition should I expect my items to be in?
Most of our clothing is pre-loved, so it's subject to minor flaws. We're doing our part in keeping clothing out of the landfills and fighting against mass production fast-fashion. In doing so, graphics may be printed slightly different and garments may have stains/discoloration/pilling/holes. Every item will be unique!
Our in house brand pieces are made from scratch so you can expect them to be in new condition.
How should I wash my HSA garments?
Wash separately in cold water and then hang dry.
How long will my order take to ship?
Since all our orders are processed by us, it can take up to 2-4 weeks for us to process your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking and shipping information.
We aren't responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping, or delays during shipping.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, since we are a very small team with minimal resources we currently do not offer refunds, or returns.
